UK Customers
We offer delivery to UK customers only.

In order to keep postage costs down, we offer a 2nd class delivery service. Should customers require a first class or ‘guaranteed next day delivery service’, this would be subject to an additional charge and would be by prior agreement. Any additional postal charges would be invoiced separately and would need to be paid prior to despatch.
We accept credit cards via PayPal only.
Delivery
Please note that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays. However, if you require goods by a specific date, please notify us at the time of placing the order, and we will do our utmost to get it to you on time. If the goods are not in stock, we will advise you and give you the option to cancel the order.
Returns
No returns are accepted for ribbons cut to order or for goods we order in especially for you, unless faulty.
We cannot accept returns on copyrighted materials such as books.
Every effort has been made to give as accurate representation as possible of our goods and products, but we cannot guarantee that colours won’t vary dependent on the equipment or monitor on which they are viewed. As such Ribbon Designs cannot be held responsible for colour variations and are always ready to supply colour samples if required. Variations in dye lot colours are not considered faults and the responsibility for checking the colourfastness and suitability of our ribbons is entirely the customers.
You must notify us within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorisation. To discuss a refund or exchange, please call us on: 01797 721225, or e-mail us at: sales@ribbondesigns.co.uk. Please allow a week for processing from the date that we receive the returned item.
Ribbon Designs cannot accept responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. When returning items, we recommend using Special Delivery and please obtain proof of posting. Items are returned at your expense, unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage costs to you. We are only able to issue refunds providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. All refunds are settled via the original method used to pay for the goods. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
